Wireless Internet, Games Room, ALL OUR POOL HOMES WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING FEATURES: · Telephone for accepting incoming calls · Washer Machine; Tumble Dryer · Fully equipped Kitchen including Microwave, Oven and Hob, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer etc · Full Air Conditioning · Iron; Ironing Board, Vacuum Cleaner etc · Linens and Towels will be provided and all electricity, gas etc is included in the rental price (except pool heating costs). · A local management company will be available to offer any assistance you may need whilst in residence Information IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS OF ARRIVAL INCUR 100% CHARGE.
