Property Description: **FENCED POOL AREA**DAMAGE WAIVER INCLUDED* This is a standard home located at Indian Creek. Indian Creek is located just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee and approximately 15 minutes to the gates of Disney. It`s a quiet spot away from the traffic of Hwy 192 but still very close to everything. A children's play area, soccer pitch, basketball court and tennis court are available for guests to use. Within 2 minutes drive you will find a 24 hour supermarket and a good selection of shops and restaurants. The accommodation is one level; the entrance leads to the lounge with a small dining table. This leads to a fully equipped kitchen, dining area with a door to the pool The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs and a child safety fence. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
