Property Description: **DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED**3 DOUBLE BEDROOM & 2 SETS OF BUNK BEDS This standard home in Indian Creek will sleep up to 10 people (max 6 adults) as there is a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds to sleep 4 children. Indian Creek is located just off Highway 192 in Kissimmee and approximately 15 minutes to the gates of Disney. It`s a quiet spot away from the traffic of Hwy 192 but still very close to everything. A children's play area, soccer pitch, basketball court and tennis court are available for guests to use. Within 2 minutes drive you will find a 24 hour supermarket and a good selection of shops and restaurants. The lounge has plenty of seating and a wall mounted f,lat screen TV. This leads to a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The washer and dryer can be found in the garage. Please make clients aware that the owners car is also stored in the garage. The pool area is fenced giving a degree of privacy and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool,when pool heating is added. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
