The accommodation is on 2 levels; upon entry is a formal lounge/study and the hallway leads to the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar, dining area and main lounge. The lounge features a wall mounted flat screen TV and a door to the pool deck. The master bedroom with en-suite facilities is downstairs and the remaining 5 bedrooms are upstairs. A games area can be found upstairs with a wall mounted TV, 2 large leather chairs, foosball and an XBox The pool deck backs on to conservation and faces south and has a Spa (this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool when pool heating is added. Pool heating is recommended from April - November for an extra cost. There is a shaded lanai for alfresco dining. Please note that when the temperature drops below 55°F, pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances. They are usually set on a timer and do not operate 24 hours a day
