The accommodation is on one level and has 2 lounges, one with a door to the pool, a dining are and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast nook. Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with King size bed En-suite bathroom with separate shower Door to pool Flat screen TV Bedroom 2 Twin beds Jack and Jill bathroom to Bedroom 3 Twin beds Bedroom 4 Queen size bed En-suite shower room Flat screen TV The pool faces west backs on to the golf course and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey table, ping pong and a TV IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool Heat $175 per week. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances
