The accommodation is on 2 levels with a bedroom downstairs with a bathroom and also a cloakroom. There is an open plan lounge with a dining area adjacent and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a second lounge area upstairs with an additional TV and sofa, plus the remaining bedrooms. A southwest facing pool with a spa gives plenty of daytime sunshine. Spas are not hot tubs; they can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey table and table tennis. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
