This stunning resort community features a 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse and includes a huge resort-style pool complete with a water slide. The Tiki Bar serves light refreshments and a tempting menu for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts and a games arcade. Disney is approximately 15 minutes drive, subject to traffic. As you enter the home there is a double bedroom to the right with a shower room next door, which can also be accessed from the hall. To the left is a utility room with a washer and dryer. The main living space is open plan with a living/dining area (the dining table will accommodate 14 people) and a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and an island with seating. The living area features a leather suite and a 60 inch wall mounted flat screen TV and a door to the pool. At the rear of the living room, on the left is a master bedroom with en-suite facilities and a door to the pool. The remaining 6 bedrooms are upstairs. The pool deck has a shaded lanai, plenty of chairs and a child safety fence. It has a Spa - this is not a hot tub, this can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, if pool heat is added. Upstairs There is a spacious loft (landing) with a sofa, 50 inch flat screen TV, and foosball (table football) and the 6 bedrooms are off this area. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
