Property Description: This 3-bedroom town home has its own splash pool and is located on the gated resort of Windsor Hills, minutes from Disney. Guests staying at Windsor hills have use of the fabulous facilities which include a Clubhouse, zero-entry pool, hot tub, movie theatre, fitness centre, kid’s playground, games arcade and a BBQ/picnic area The accommodation is on 2 levels; downstairs is an open plan living/ dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. The lounge has a door to the splash pool and deck and a wall mounted flat screen TV. There is a double bedroom downstairs and the remaining bedroom are upstairs. Complimentary Wi-Fi is included and there is also a full-size washer and dryer (upstairs). The splash pool faces south. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
