Property Description: This 4 bed/3 bathroom home has a west facing pool and is situated in the Abbey at Westhaven; it will sleep up to 8 people. West Haven is a large estate consisting of six small communities each with its own gated entrance. Disney is approximately 20- 25 minutes (subject to traffic). There is also a clubhouse with amenities which include; Communal pool Tennis Volleyball Fitness centre The entrance leads directly to the pool which is completely private. The door into the home is via the pool deck into the lounge and open plan kitchen and dining area. There is a utility cupboard featuring a washer and dryer. A unique feature of this property is that there is bedroom off the pool deck which is completely independent from the rest of the home. This has a double bed and a flat screen TV and an En-suite bathroom. The pool faces west and is not overlooked. The garage has been converted into a games room and features table football (Foosball), Dart Board and a pool table. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
