There are 7 double bedrooms, 1 twin room and a bedroom with bunk beds and 5 en-suite bedrooms. Solterra Resort was developed with the discerning guests in mind offering security with gated entrance. The amenities at this luxury resort include: 6700 square foot clubhouse Swimming pool, Fitness centre, Business centre with Internet Volleyball, Tennis, children's playground and picnic area The home offers almost 4500 square feet of living space on two levels. The front door leads into a magnificent open plan living/dining room and kitchen. The lounge has a beautiful cream leather suite with a wall mounted flat screen and a door to the pool. The kitchen is to the right of the lounge and has a dining table for 8 and an island to accommodate 7. It features granite worktops and stainless steel amenities including 2 American style fridge/freezers and 2 dishwashers. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a washer and dryer. There are 3 double bedrooms downstairs and the remaining 6 bedrooms surround a second living room with a 70 inch TV screen upstairs. The garage has been converted into a games room and has an air-conditioning unit and provides a hockey table, pool table and foosball (table football) The pool is west facing and features a Spa -this is not a hot tub, this is only heated to the same temperature as the pool, if the pool heat is added. The access fee will be a single fee per stay based on the number of guests in the home: $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee must be paid directly at the resort to Vesta Desk Services by credit card or debit card (cash will not be accepted). When the guests go to the club house to register their vehicle, they can pay the fee then. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
