Property Description: **WEST FACING POOL** GATED RESORT WITH CLUBHOUSE & LAZY RIVER *DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED* ALL BEDROOM HAVE A TV** This stunning home is on 2 levels and is located in the gated resort of Windsor at Westside where guests can also use the communal facilities featuring an extraordinary 10,000 sq.ft. clubhouse, lake & pier, zero entry resort-style pool complete with a water-slide, lazy river, and Kids’ water playground. The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and sundry shop and video arcade. As you enter the home you will fine a dining area in front and a kitchen opposite with a breakfast bar, granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. The lounge is adjacent to the dining area and has a flat screen TV and a door to the pool. The hallway leads to a utility room with a washer and dryer with a downstairs cloakroom next door. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
