Property Description: *DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED**CONSERVATION VIEW, GATED RESORT WITH CLUBHOUSE & COMMUNAL FACILITIES* 3 EN-SUITE BEDROOMS* Watersong is approximately 30 minutes from Disney and guests staying here have complimentary use of the amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, games room and a lounge. As you enter the home you are greeted with an open plan ding area which leads to the kitchen and main lounge. There is a master bedroom off the lounge at the rear and the remaining bedrooms are upstairs. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer off the kitchen and access to the games room. On the second floor is a landing/loft which has a corner suite and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey and foosball table The pool backs onto conservation and has a Spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
