There are 2 living areas, one on each floor, both of which have a TV. As you enter the home, there is a door to the garage which has been converted into a games room. The hallway leads to an open plan lounge, a dining room adjacent with a door to the pool deck and a kitchen with a breakfast bar and all the essentials including a dishwasher and an American style fridge. A pool table and Foosball table can be found in the games room (converted garage). On the second floor is another living area with a corner suite and an additional TV. The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. The access fee will be a single fee per stay based on the number of guests in the home: $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee must be paid directly at the resort to Vesta Desk Services by credit card or debit card (cash will not be accepted). When the guests go to the club house to register their vehicle, they can pay the fee then. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
