The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and has a breakfast bar, granite worktops and stainless steel appliances.There are also 2 bedrooms downstairs, both with en-suite facilities Off the lounge is a shower room with a door to the pool. The garage has been converted into a games room that has a pool table, foosball and air hockey. The upstairs landing/loft is reminiscent of a cinema room with a 55 inch wall mounted flat screen TV and cinema style seats. At the rear of the home is a screened private pool with a sap; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
