The accommodation is on 2 levels and is tastefully furnished; the main lounge has a 60 inch 3D TV and a door to the pool. Adjacent is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and nook. There is a formal dining area at the entrance of the home and there are 2 double bedrooms downstairs. Upstairs is a theatre style lounge with additional seating and an other 60 inch 3D TV This home has a games room like no other; with a "50's diner" style theme it has a retro pool table, Foosball table, and jukebox was designed for all ages and includes a circa 1980s pinball machine and (combination) Pac-Mac/Ms. Pac-Man/Galaga arcade machine. It is also air-conditioned! At the rear of the home is a large pool with a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
