Property Description: **SOUTH FACING POOL***GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL FACILITIES INCLUDING A LAZY RIVER** DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED* 4 DOUBLE & 1 TWIN BEDROOM** This luxury home is located at Solterra which is approximately 20 -25 minutes to Disney. The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children's playground and picnic area. The entrance leads into a dining room and an an ope plan lounge and kitchen is ahead. The kitchen features dark wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and granite worktops and a breakfast bar. The lounge is adjacent and has a door to the pool. There is a master bedroom downstairs and the remaining rooms are upstairs. Also upstairs is a second living area with additional sofa and corner suite and a wall mounted, flat screen TV. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey and foosball table. The pool faces south and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. The access fee will be a single fee per stay based on the number of guests in the home: $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee must be paid directly at the resort to Vesta Desk Services by credit card or debit card (cash will not be accepted). When the guests go to the club house to register their vehicle, they can pay the fee then. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
