Property Description: **SOUTH FACING POOL**CONSERVATION & LAKE VIEW* GATED RESORT WITH CLUBHOUSE* DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED*4 DOUBLE, 1 TWIN & 1 BUNK BEDROOM** This single storey home is located at Watersong, Davenport, approximately 25 minutes from Disney and guests staying here have complimentary use of the amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, games room, internet cafe and a lounge. The entrance opens to a formal dining room which leads to the kitchen and main lounge and a dining area. The kitchen has granite work tops, stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey foosball table and a TV. The pool faces south and has a conservation view; it also has a spa - this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
