ALL BEDROOMS LOCATED UPSTAIRS**4 DOUBLE & 2 TWIN BEDROOMS* A beautiful home situated in the gated community of Watersong, a luxury resort approximately 20- 25 minutes to Disney (subject to traffic). Guests staying here have complimentary use of the resort facilities; a clubhouse with amenities including a swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, sand volleyball, children's playground and picnic area. The accommodation is on 2 levels and all bedroom are upstairs. The ground floor has tiled flooring and is tastefully furnished - take a look at the pictures. The lounge features a white suite, a 55 inch flat screen TV , a door to the pool and an air hockey table. There is a dining area adjacent, which also has a door to the pool and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. The washer and dryer can be found in the utility cupboard upstairs. The pool has a spa; this is not a not tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is also a shaded lanai with a table and chairs. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
