As you enter the home there is a laundry room on the left with a washer and dryer, a bathroom and a door to the games room. On the right is a dining room with a serving hatch from the kitchen. There is an open plan lounge with a 50 inch flat screen TV and kitchen with a breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel amenities and granite worktops. Upstairs on the landing (Loft) is a corner suite with a wall mounted 50 inch flat screen TV. The remaining bedrooms are off this area. The garage has been converted into a games room and is carpeted. It has a 42 inch flat screen TV, pool table , air hockey and foosball table. There are two shaded lanai's with and a table and chairs, one is directly outside the master bedroom plus a child safety fence. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
