This stunning resort community features a 10,000 sq.ft. Clubhouse and includes a huge resort-style pool complete with a water slide and lazy river. The Tiki Bar serves light refreshments and a tempting menu for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts and a games arcade. Disney is approximately 15 minutes drive, subject to traffic. The entrance leads to a spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen; there are also 2 bedrooms downstairs. The lounge has a door to the pool and comfortable sofas, with an additional lounge area upstairs with more sofas and a TV. A utility room with a washer and dryer can also be found upstairs. The pool faces south with no rear neighbours and has a Spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and a child safety fence The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table and foosball. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL INCUR 100% CHARGE
