Property Description: **WEST FACING POOL**GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL FACILITIES*CONSERVATION VIEW*DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED* 4 DOUBLE & 2 TWIN BEDROOMS* Watersong is approximately 25 - 30 minutes from Disney and guests staying here have complimentary use of the amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, games room and a lounge. This home is on 2 levels and comprises of a formal lounge with a TV as you enter, an open plan lounge & TV, dining area with a door to the pool and a fully equipped kitchen. There is another living area upstairs with an additional sofa and TV. There is a master bedroom downstairs off the lounge and a cloakroom in the hall. The hall leads to the garage which has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, foosball table and a game arcade. The pool backs onto conservation and faces west and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai with a ceiling fan and table and chairs for outside dining. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
