Set on out 2 levels, there are 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, the main lounge has a huge 80 inch TV with in-built ceiling surround sound and upstairs there is an Art Deco-themed theatre room with hundreds of movies provided on a CURVED 65” 4K, 3D TV with surround sound. The garage has been completed transformed into a medieval/Games of Thrones games room. Perfect for both adults and kids alike, this oversized, fully air-conditioned space boasts a custom pool and Foosball tables, lounge area, large-screen TV, a massive medieval bar and fun video game machine (with 39 retro video games). Other touches include WiiU and PS4 gaming systems (guests need to bring their own games and controllers); board games, books and DVD libraries The luxury touches continue at the rear of the villa where guests will find one of the largest pools on the Watersong development which backs onto conservation. It also features a Spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a built-in BBQ bar (offered complimentary), circular outdoor couch, large-screen TV and a lanai with plenty of outdoor seating. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
