There are also 2 bedrooms including one of the 2 master rooms. A second living area with a TV is located upstairs. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table and foosball. At the rear of the home is a private screened pool with a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual. As this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
