Property Description: **WEST FACING POOL** GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL FACILITIES* DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED** This 2 storey home is located at Solterra which is situated just 15 minutes from Disney and offers amenities including Gated entrance Clubhouse Lounge Large Heated Swimming Pool & lazy river Jacuzzi Water-slide Children’s Play Area Tennis Fitness Facility Computer Room Volleyball Basketball This luxurious home has plenty of entertainment amenities to keep everyone happy. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table air hockey and foosball table. On the second floor is another living area with a wall mounted cinema screen and additional sofas. On the ground floor, which is open plan style is a living room with a flat screen TV and a door to the pool. The exquisite kitchen has granite worktops, stainless steel appliances including an American style fridge/freezer. There is a master bedroom down stairs and another upstairs with the remaining bedrooms plus 2 additional bathrooms. The pool faces west has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is also a shaded lanai and a table and chairs. The access fee will be a single fee per stay based on the number of guests in the home: $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee must be paid directly at the resort to Vesta Desk Services by credit card or debit card (cash will not be accepted). When the guests go to the club house to register their vehicle, they can pay the fee then. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL INCUR 100% CHARGE
