An addition living area can be found upstairs with additional sofas, TV and a door to a balcony The garage has been converted into a play area/games room with a pool table and foosball table. At the rear of the villa is a private screened pool which give a degree of privacy as it is surrounded by shrubbery. It has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added.
