The accommodation is on 2 levels and all bedrooms have a TV. The amenities at Solterra include 6700 square foot clubhouse, swimming pool, spa, fitness centre, business centre with Internet, volleyball, tennis, children's playground and picnic area. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs, including one of two master bedrooms; all bedroom have a 40 inch flat screen TV. The entrance this stunning home leads to an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. The lounge has a 60 inch wall mounted TV and a door to the pool. The kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite worktops and stainless steel appliances including 2 American style fridge/freezers. On the second floor is an additional living area with additional sofas and a TV. The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai with plenty of seating and a ping-pong table. A pool table foosball and air hockey table can be found in the converted games room/garage.
