Property Description: **CONSERVATION VIEW**SOUTH-EAST FACING POOL* DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED* This single storey home is located at Watersong, Davenport, approximately 25 minutes from Disney and guests staying here have complimentary use of the amenities which include a clubhouse with a resort style pool, fitness centre, children’s play area, games room, internet cafe and a lounge. At the entrance of the home there is a mater bedroom on the right and a dining room on the left. The dining room leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and nook and lounge with a door to the pool; the remaining bedrooms are off this area. A cinema style room has been created with with a 55 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table, foosball and a poker table. At the rear of the home is a private screened pool which offers pleasant conservation views and faces south-east and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
