Sonoma Resort is conveniently located next to "The Loop", a premier shopping and entertainment complex in Kissimmee. The resort's amenities include a clubhouse, resort swimming pool, poolside cabanas, fitness centre, and walking trails. Disney is less than 20 minutes away. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs including a master bedroom. The entrance leads to a spacious open plan kitchen with a breakfast bar, granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent is a dining area with 2 sets of tables and chairs and the lounge is opposite. The lounge has 2 doors to the pool deck, a corner suite and a flat screen TV. The remaining bedrooms are upstairs plus there is a second living area on the landing with a large projection screen, a pool table and sofas. The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai, plenty of seating and a child safety fence. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
