Property Description: **WEST FACING POOL**GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL FACILITIES INCLUDING CLUBHOUSE & LAZY RIVER*DAMAGE WAIVER INCLUDED** This luxury villa is located in the gated resort of Solterra, Davenport; Amenities include: Gated entrance Clubhouse Lounge Large Heated Swimming Pool Jacuzzi Water-slide Children’s Play Area Tennis Fitness Facility Computer Room Volleyball Basketball The accommodation is on two levels and has a master bedroom downstairs There are two living areas; the main lounge downstairs and another upstairs with more furnishings, a TV and a pool table. The remaining bedrooms are off this area. A fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a door to the pool are located adjacent to the downstairs lounge and there is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The pool faces west and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs. Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) Master bedroom with King size bed En-suite bathroom with separate shower TV Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) Queen size bed En-suite bathroom TV Bedroom 3 Queen size bed En-suite bathroom TV Bedroom 4 Twin beds TV Bedroom 5 Bunk beds (Double below, single above) TV Bathroom IMPORTANT INFORMATION Starting September 1st 2023 all Solterra Resort guests wishing to have access to the amenities within the resort including the Water Park, Lazy River and Slides, Tennis Court, Common Green areas and Gym will pay the Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee. The access fee will be a single fee per stay based on the number of guests in the home: $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee must be paid directly at the resort to Vesta Desk Services by credit card or debit card (cash will not be accepted). When the guests go to the club house to register their vehicle, they can pay the fee then. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in cooler weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual. As this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
