The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and sundry shop and video arcade. Disney is approximately 15 minutes away. The villa offers an open plan living room with that features a 60 inch TV and a door to the pool deck, a dining area and a stylish kitchen furnished with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a washer and dryer. There is a master bedroom downstairs with a King size bed with the remaining bedrooms upstairs; all have a TV. The pool faces south and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is also a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey table and foosball. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
