Property Description: **SOUTH FACING POOL** GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL AMENITIES INCLUDING A CLUBHOUSE AND A LAZY RIVER* DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED** This 6 bedroom will sleep up to 14 people villa is located at Solterra which is situated just 15 minutes from Disney and offers amenities including: Gated entrance Clubhouse Lounge Large Heated Swimming Pool & lazy river Jacuzzi Water-slide Children’s Play Area Tennis Fitness Facility Computer Room Volleyball Basketball The accommodation is on 2 levels and has a master bedroom downstairs. There is a full living area downstairs and a separate loft area upstairs both with large flat screen TV's. There is a formal lounge and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. A washer and dryer is also provided. In the garage, which has been converted into a games room, there is an air hockey table, foosball and pool table. The pool faces south and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai with a table and chairs for alfresco dining. The access fee will be a single fee per stay based on the number of guests in the home: $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee must be paid directly at the resort to Vesta Desk Services by credit card or debit card (cash will not be accepted). When the guests go to the club house to register their vehicle, they can pay the fee then. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
