Property Description: **NO REAR NEIGHBOURS*GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL FACILITIES INCLUDING A LAZY RIVER** 5 DOUBLE BEDROOMS* DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED** This single storey luxury home is located at Solterra which is situated just 15 minutes from Disney and offers amenities including: Gated entrance Clubhouse Lounge Large Heated Swimming Pool & lazy river Jacuzzi Water-slide Children’s Play Area Tennis Fitness Facility Computer Room Volleyball Basketball The villa has tiled flooring and an open plan living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen adjacent. The lounge has a door to the pool which backs onto conservation and the pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. The access fee will be a single fee per stay based on the number of guests in the home: $35 for up to 12 guests, and $45 for 13 or more guests. This fee must be paid directly at the resort to Vesta Desk Services by credit card or debit card (cash will not be accepted). When the guests go to the club house to register their vehicle, they can pay the fee then. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS INCUR 100% CHARGE
