Downstairs consists of an open plan lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a dining area with a door to the pool. There are 2 bedrooms on this floor also. Upstairs is a theatre room with cinema style recliner seats and a 120 inch projector screen. The remain bedrooms are off this area as well as the laundry cupboard with a washer and dryer. The pool backs on to a lake and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool when pool heating is added A well equipped games room is in the garage and features a pool table, Foosball table, air-hockey and basket ball net. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE.
