To the right of the entrance is a recreational room (there is no garage) with a sofa, TV, pool table and air-hockey table. The hallway leads to an open plan kitchen and lounge with a dining area adjacent with a door to the pool. There is a second lounge area upstairs with a sofa and TV plus a media room with cinema style seats and a large wall mounted screen. A laundry cupboard with a washer and dryer is also upstairs. The pool faces south-east and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It has a a shaded lanai and a child safety fence and has vies of a lake. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE.
