The downstairs has tiled flooring with a lounge, kitchen and a breakfast bar with a door to the pool and a dining area. A games room can be found in the garage and has a pool table, dartboard and a TV. The pool faces northeast and has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It has a pleasant conservation view and a shaded lanai. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
