Property Description: **LAKE VIEW**SOUTH-WEST FACING POOL**DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED** This single storey home is in Cumbrian Lakes and will sleep up to 8 people. Cumbrian Lakes is located off Ponicana Blvd in Kissimmee, approximately 15 minutes to Disney and the community is built around 120 acres of conservation and 4 lakes. Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances Security deposit A damage waiver fee is included in the cost CANCELLATIONS made within 35 days of arrival incur 100% charge
