The villa is on 2 levels; the living room has a leather sofas and chair, a flat screen TV, Xbox, PS4 and a view of the pool and lake! There is a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area with a door to the pool. The garage has been converted into a games room and has a TV, pool table and arcade machines. The pool deck has a stunning lake view and the pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added Bedroom 1 (Downstairs) Master bedroom with King size bed En-suite bathroom with separate shower TV Bedroom 2 (Upstairs) Twin beds TV Bedroom 3 King size bed TV Separate bathroom Bedroom 4 Bunk beds TV IMPORTANT INFORMATION POOL HEAT Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
