Property Description: *GATED RESORT WITH COMMUNAL FACILITIES*DAMAGE WAIVER FEE INCLUDED*4 DOUBLE & 2 THEMED TWIN BEDROOMS** This luxury 2 storey home is located at Solara; Solara is a new gated resort in Kissimmee with amenities including an on-site restaurant & coffee bar to a zero-entry pool, pool bar, fitness centre, basketball court, soccer field, volleyball court, gaming stations, children’s playground, pool, splash pad, water-slides and a Flowrider* (*fee applies) Disney is approximately 15 minutes drive. Downstairs has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area and 2 bedrooms. Off the lounge is a shower room which also leads to the pool deck. In addition to the 4 bedrooms upstairs is an entertainment lounge area with a sofa, TV, pool table and air-hockey The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
