Off the hallway by the front entrance, a bench for seating can be found. Kitchen: Fully equipped with a granite island style four seat breakfast bar Refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, wine cooler , all utensils, cookware, dinnerware, glassware. Dining: Formal dining table seats ten people. Eight seat breakfast nook. Entertainment: Each bedroom is furnished with a TV and capable of Wifi. Main living area has a large flat screen TV. Home theater has eight leather cinema seats and a large projection screen. Games room has a large sectional, globe chair, air hockey table, flat screen TV with games console, wet bar, and access to a balcony (furnished) Outdoor Living Space: Screened in pool deck and spillover spa. Summer kitchen with a grill, eight seat patio table, sun loungers and chairs. Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills it is the guest responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left uncleaned. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that when the temperature drops below 55°F, pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances. They are usually set on a timer and do not operate 24 hours a day A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 35 DAYS OF ARRIVAL INCUR 100% CHARGE
