Clubhouse and includes a huge resort-style pool complete with a water slide. The Tiki Bar serves light refreshments and menu for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and multi-purpose sports courts and a games arcade. Disney is approximately 15 minutes drive, subject to traffic. This home is on 2 levels and has a master bedroom downstairs. The living area offers an open plan lounge with a flat screen TV, corner suite and a door to the pool. A fully equipped kitchen is adjacent and has granite worktops and stainless steel appliances and there is a dining area The garage has been converted into a games room and feature a pool table, foosball table and table tennis. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances CANCELLATIONS MADE WITHIN 31 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL INCUR 100% CHARGE A DAMAGE WAIVER FEE IS INCLUDED IN THE RATE AND COVERS UP TO $500 OF ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE/BREAKAGE
