The community is also close to Championsgate and there is a selection of supermarkets and restaurants in the nearby complex. As you walk through the front door of this property you will notice the open floor-plan of the home. The first room is the living room with soft furnishings and a wall mounted TV; there is a door to the pool. Just behind the living room is the dining room and open kitchen, which has seating for up to four people. The kitchen is fully equipped, has modern appliances, and everything you will need for your trip. There is also a games room in the converted garage with a Foosball table, a hockey table and darts. There is a screened private pool with a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
