There are 2 living areas, one on each floor, both of which have sofas and a TV. Thee downstairs lounge has a door to the pool. A fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops and a breakfast bar is opposite and a dining area adjacent. The pool has a lake view and features a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is also a shaded lanai with a table and chairs. There is a pool table and a games machine in the garage. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
