This executive villa is on 2 levels and has 2 living areas, one on each floor, both with sofas and a flat screen TV. Downstairs the entrance leads to an open plan area with a stylish kitchen with stainless steel appliances + a breakfast bar. Adjacent is the main lounge and a dining area both of which have a door to the pool. There is a laundry room with a washer and dryer. The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. The garage has been converted into a games room with an Air-Hockey table, Foosball and basket ball hoops. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
