The main floor is open plan with a bright white kitchen with granite worktops and stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. There is a breakfast nook adjacent with a door to the pool. Opposite is the living area with 2 sofas, a TV and a door to the pool. A second lounge area is upstairs on the landing with a large corner sofa with reclining seats and a wall mounted TV. The pool has a lake view and features a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. There is a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual. As this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
