The villa is on 2 levels; downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, a spacious open plan dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with an island a lounge with a TV and a door to the pool. The upstairs landing/loft area is a Star Wars theme games room with a pool table, Foosball and air hockey The pool has a spa; this is not a hot tub and can only be heated to the same temperature as the pool, when pool heating is added. It is fenced at the rear to give some privacy from the home opposite. There is a shaded lanai with plenty of seating and a child safety fence. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
