As you enter this single storey home the kitchen is on the left and is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave and has a breakfast table and chairs. Ahead is the lounge with a door to the pool and a flat screen TV plus a dining area. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. At the back of the home is a screened private pool with a shaded lanai. Bedroom 1 King size bed En-suite bathroom with separate shower Bedroom 2 Queen bed Wall mounted TV Bedroom 3 Twin beds TV Separate bathroom IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
