The community is located in Davenport just 15 minutes from the Disney parks. Hampton Lakes offers the following amenities: picnic areas, tennis courts, basketball courts, children’s play areas and a community pool. There are 2 living and dining areas in the villa with TVs in every room. There is a fully equipped kitchen and 2 dining tables for everyone to sit at. Through the lounging area you can access the pool. It has plenty of seating and a partially shaded deck for hot days. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
