The community is in a great location and is just a short drive from central Florida attractions. There are 2 lounging and areas with plenty of seating for the whole family. One has a flat screened TV and the other has a dining table. In the lounging area there is access to the private pool. On the pool deck there is plenty of seating. Back inside there is a fully equipped kitchen for your family’s use. There is also a game room in the garage with pool table and a ping pong table along with other fun games. Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with King bed En suite bathroom with separate shower Bedroom 2 Queen bed Bedroom 3 2 Twin beds Bedroom 4 2 Twin beds There is separate family bathroom for use to everyone. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
