The villa is only a short drive from the Disney parks and other Central Florida attractions. The entryway leads to a small, open dining area. Through the hall you will find an open lounging area with plenty of seating for the whole family to watch the flat screened TV. In the lounging area there is access to the private pool that is in the fenced back yard, making it more secluded. On the pool deck there is plenty of seating and it is partially shaded for hot days. Back inside there is a fully equipped kitchen for your family’s use. Bedroom 1 Master bedroom with King bed En suite bathroom with separate shower TV Bedroom 2 Queen bed Bedroom 3 2 Twin beds Bedroom 4 2 Twin beds There is a separate family bathroom for use to everyone. IMPORTANT INFORMATION Pool heating is recommended from November – April and is an additional cost. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume.
