The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness centre, volleyball courts and sundry shop and video arcade. There are 2 living areas, one on each floor, both of which have a TV. The entrance opens to a living area with sofas and a TV and a dining area. This leads to a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a door to the pool. Off the kitchen is a utility room with a washer and dryer. The garage has been converted into a games room and features a pool table, air hockey table and Foosball. The pool backs into a fence therefore there are no rear neighbours. It has a shaded lanai and a child safety fence. Please note that, in extreme weather conditions (below 55°F), pool heaters will not operate, as weather conditions affect the temperature of the pool. As soon as the temperature rises above 55 degrees the heater will resume. This does mean that the pool will not be as warm as usual and as this is completely beyond our control, a refund will not be given under these circumstances.
